In this role, the Sales Associate will handle various operational tasks to ensure growth for assigned Ecommerce and Retail customers. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills.

Job Duties:

  • Be the primary point of contact and build relationships with assigned customers.
  • Update customer(s) database to ensure product accuracy to maximum sales growth.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure all customer requests are fulfilled.
  • Assist with product prototype creation, tracking, sampling.
  • Assist with product set-up and creation within internal systems.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Responsible for onboarding and integrating new customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A can-do attitude, and the ability to work in a cross functional team environment.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues on the spot.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills are vital to complete work on given deadline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically Excel and Word.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail.
  • Experience working with Ecommerce accounts is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of account management experience is preferred.
