As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team and take ownership of the residential sales division.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a growing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop new team members, work with them in the field, and hold them accountable.
• Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client base.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance.
• Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas of improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and increase brand visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our competitive edge.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE prior experience working with door-to-door sales teams
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the roofing or construction industry.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of roofing products, services, and industry practices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
• Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

• Must have 2-4 years of sales experience
• Must have experience managing door-to-door sales or canvassers
• Management experience necessary
• Proven gross sales exceeding $1M annually
• Highly organized; ability to maintain accurate notes, files, documents, and maintain a very busy calendar for 9 to 10 months out of the year

Pay: $80,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
