Key Responsibilities

  • Promotes AD brand and mission awareness and models the companys value of excellence as the face of AD to the local medical community.
  • Engages, develops and maintains relationships with individuals and groups involved in the field of prosthetics that have the capability of providing patient connections.
  • Hosts and/or attends meetings, lunches/dinners and events to network with prospective and current referral sources (e.g. physicians, therapists, case managers, and reimbursement agencies).
  • Attends AD booth at conferences and tradeshows.
  • Follows up with all referral source leads in a timely manner.
  • Schedules and delivers educational in-services and presentations that promote AD and its mission, services, technologies and value proposition.
  • Maintains collaborative communication with referral sources on patient progress to foster confidence in AD and encourage and/or positively reinforce the referral decision.
  • Manages Centers geographic reach and regional patient footprint and expands as appropriate.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaboratively build and manage relationships within the medical community.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to collaboratively build and manage relationships within the medical community.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 3-6 years of business development experience.
  • Availability to travel frequently within region.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop tactical plans to achieve Center goals.
  • Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to take a proactive approach to generating and assessing new opportunities, and good business judgement to discern appropriate next steps.
  • High degree of confidentiality and integrity
  • Professional demeanor and demonstrated sense of propriety as pertains to the medical community.
  • Punctual and reliable
