Experienced Real Estate Agent Recruiter

Join the 6th largest Real Estate Brokerage in the Nation! Our office is looking for an experienced real estate recruiter for our growing Real Estate Brokerage located in King of Prussia. How would you like to earn a 6 figure income and get paid what you deserve? Here you will receive a base Salary and the ability to earn 6 figures if you are successful and motivated. You will have your own private office as well to meet potential new recruits. We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and driven Realtor that has experience in recruiting and retaining Real Estate agents. You will be in an influential leadership position assisting the Broker, Staff as well as Agents responsible for building and retaining growth-oriented relationships with the agents. This person must be reliable, easy to get along with, and motivated for success. You will interview and hire licensed agents as well as candidates looking for a career in real estate. PREREQUISITES:

Reliable Transportation (no exceptions), Strong background in technology and computer experience a must, Friendly/Outgoing Personality, Professional Appearance, Background check required, Ability to Listen and follow directions, Must live within 30 minutes of the King of Prussia area.

DUTIES:

* Engage Applicants in a friendly dialogue.

* Use all of our tools to locate and contact candidates through phone, text and email.

* Identify the Applicants needs and help them plan their career.

* Tailor a presentation of how URE can help them address their specific career needs.

* COMPENSATION: Salary + Bonus + Benefits.
