Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our team. As a Sales representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by actively promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. Duties: - Conduct sales activities, including cold calling, to generate leads and secure new business opportunities - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers - Present product or service information to clients in a compelling and persuasive manner - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' products or services - Assist with inventory control and management as needed Skills: - Proven experience in sales or a related field - Strong sales support skills with the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits - Excellent cold calling skills to generate leads and secure new business opportunities - Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable - Proficient in math for pricing calculations and order processing - Exceptional public speaking skills to deliver engaging presentations to clients - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment - Knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices - Experience with inventory control is a plus - Previous experience in sales management is an asset Join our dynamic team today and take your career in sales to the next level!
