The Opportunity:

PWS Environmental, Inc. is in search of an energetic Sales Manager who has worked in a company catering to the industrial service cleaning industry, ready to bring innovation and make substantial contributions to our growing team right from the start. We are seeking an individual enthusiastic about presenting new ideas and leaving a lasting impression on our team. The Sales Manager oversees crucial support functions essential for sales force efficiency. This includes strategic planning, performance reporting, quota establishment and management, optimization of sales processes, design of sales roles, implementation of sales training programs, creation and management of sales compensation structures, and recruitment and selection of sales talent. They are accountable for driving overall sales organization productivity and effectiveness. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Sales Manager collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with sales organization objectives and priorities.

  • Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.
  • Work directly with Customer Service Manager to minimize customer issues.
  • Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of Profit, quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organizations planning efforts.
  • Lead and manage all Sales initiatives for the organization.
  • Understand and teaches the Consultative Selling Model to promote consistency in the Sales Team model.
  • Performs Account management by making sales calls to develop trusted Partnership relations with all Key customers and potential Key Customers.
  • Assist in the development of all strategic business planning & budgeting for the department.
  • Recommends and participates in new product and service development.
  • Develop and manage specific Sales KPIs (including quotas, response time, quotas, etc.) to ensure your team meets or exceeds predefined personal and team quotas.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in PWS Business Line Software systems, processes, products and services (in NetSuite & Experlogix) for both Residential and Commercial business units.

Required Skills:

Minimum 5 years sales management (both direct and indirect).

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

The ideal candidate for this position must have a background in the service industry with B2B and B2C experience.

Proven experience with fostering close, cooperative relationships with peer leaders, sales leadership, and/or sales and support personnel.

PC proficiency, knowledge of technology, and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
