We are a luxury home textile manufacturer located in the Avondale neighborhood of Chicago, known for our family-owned and collaborative creative environment. We are currently seeking a Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our team. As a detail-oriented individual with a can-do attitude, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be essential in addressing customer inquiries and providing exceptional service. You will be the problem solver, coming up with creative resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Data input is a breeze for you, as you are quick and accurate in handling information. While a background in customer service is preferred, we are open to candidates who are quick learners and have a genuine interest in textiles and home dcor. This position will also require light travel to trade shows, where you will get the opportunity to showcase our beautiful products and meet customers in person.

Please note that this is an in-person, full-time position. We believe in the importance of building strong relationships with our team, and working together in our office fosters collaboration and creativity. Joining our team will provide an opportunity to learn about the manufacturing-to-market process and designing for specific markets and aesthetics. This position offers hands-on experience in the luxury home textile industry and insights into the world of interior design.
