Inside Parts Counter Sales

OHara Machinery has been the leader in the Agriculture Equipment Industry for over 55 years. We looking for a full-time, self-motivated Inside Parts Sales person to join our team. Job Description:

Uses all available resources to identify the parts our customers need and provide those items in a timely manner. Also provides parts recommendations including alternatives that meet customers needs. We work with multiple different vendors and strive to always find a solution for our customer even if one does not readily present itself.

Required Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of different types of agricultural equipment used in our region

Comprehensive computer skills (Computer training is available for parts look up system)

Excellent Customer Communication skills

Excellent phone etiquette

Excellent Organization Skills

Must be able to lift 60 lbs

Must be able to work at a fast pace without mistakes

A never give-up kind of attitude.

Responsibilities include looking up parts and components from a variety of different vendors that use different methods of finding parts. Ordering parts and filling orders for walk in customers as well as phone calls.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
