Full description of the position

Conduct territory sales visits offering our excavation or water restoration services. The successful candidate will pursue sales opportunities and solid leads generated from field service plumbers and call centers.

Responsibilities:

• Follow-up with customers (on site and in person) to offer permanent solutions to their plumbing or water problems
• Use an established pricing matrix to quote repair/replacement options and close the sale
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with Team to ensure jobs are executed quickly & efficiently.
• NO Cold Calling or Prospecting!

Requirements:

• Proven success engaging customers and solving problems.
• Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Self-Motivated, High Energy and Results Driven
• Possess a natural ability to quickly establish rapport with customers
• Previous experience with outside sales of in-home services is strongly desired
• Extremely Dependable with ability to work evenings and weekends

WE OFFER:

• Generous Compensation Plan (base + uncapped commission) with Six Figure Income Potential and $85,000 to $100,000 expected in the first year.
