American Home Design is hiring part-time and full-time Sales Representatives for our Chattanooga market. Whether you are looking for a part-time position or beginning a sales career; we offer both options.

Are you outgoing and energetic? Do you enjoy talking to people face-to-face? Are you highly motivated by an uncapped bonus opportunity? If so, this position could be a great fit for you! Our sales people work inside local Home Depot stores and promote our water products by conducting a brief water survey with shoppers. You get paid well to talk to people!. We offer paid training and a lucrative base + uncapped bonus opportunity. Our top in-store sales representatives are making over $30/hour!

Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:

• Walk the store and initiate communication with potential customers through a brief water survey conducted on a provided tablet
• Meet and exceed hourly survey expectations

Sales Representative Qualifications:

• Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined to work independently
• Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
• Ability to walk the Home Depot store for a 4 hour shift
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check
