Full description of the position

Licensed and experienced agent needed!

  • Demonstrate skill and experience in all aspects of professionally managing a small existing personal & commercial lines book of business
  • Rewrite and relationship building expertise
  • Citizens experience a plus
  • strong competency of standard and non standard personal & commercial lines insurance
  • Willingness and demonstrated ability to attract new clients and new lines of business for existing clients within the book of business
  • Ability to market new business with the community
  • Experience with agency management software
  • Experience using comparative rating software
  • A willingness and ability to be proactive beyond the reactive demands of the role
  • Team Player
  • A "can do" attitude and ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Must be willing to work full time
  • This is a salary range includes both salary plus commission/bonus
