In our Call Center Representative role, you'll learn skills that will benefit you throughout your Heartland career while encouraging you to dream big.

What you will be doing:

• Assist members with questions they have regarding their accounts. Tasks to include, but not limited to, general account history, wire transfers, stop payments, debit/credit card lookups and online banking assistance.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services by helping members identify and understand the benefits of using Heartlands services and products. Forward these members to the proper departments.

What you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED) or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of financial and/or call center experience, preferred.
• Experience working in a sales/customer service environment, required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adjust your communication style to your audience
• Highly adaptable, able to build strong relationship with members and co-workers.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills and an ability to synthesize information and make clear, concise recommendations on a course of action.
• Creative, team-focused, and effective problem solve.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
