Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through follow-up calls.
• Answer incoming calls and assist where you can or transfer to the department needed.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Keep abreast of best practices.
• If licensed; Present, promote and sell products/services on a needs-basis to existing and prospective customers.
• If unlicensed; assist our team and customers in an administrative way while working your way towards getting your license in Insurance.
• Continuously improve through feedback.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 35 per week
