• Muniz-Pareo Insurance Agency is hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to join our team!

Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representatives:

• Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
• Must be coachable
• Excellent communicaton skills: Written, Verbal, and Listening
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
• Must be motivated and determined

Responsibilties for the Insurance Sales Representatives:

• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales
• Communicating with leads
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients
• Understanding client needs
• Explaining the benefits of our services
• Ability to achieve high sales goals
• Having fun while being a part of a team

Salary: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Sales: 2 years

License/Certification:

• Insurance Producer License/ Property Casualty License (Preferred)
