Job Title: Outside Sales/Marketing Representative

Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences and spreading joy? Dig'n Zone Theme Park is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outside Sales/Marketing Representative to join our team. If you have a proven track record in amusement or entertainment industry sales and marketing, and you thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, businesses, and organizations to drive sales and partnerships for Dig'n Zone Theme Park.
  • Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, lead generation, and conversion strategies. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative and impactful marketing campaigns that promote Dig'n Zone Theme Park, drive brand awareness, and increase ticket sales.
  • Event Coordination: Work closely with event organizers and partners to coordinate promotions, sponsorships, and other collaborative efforts to enhance the park's visibility during special events and promotions.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide insights to the management team for strategic decision-making.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, analyzing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives. Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must have proven experience in outside sales and marketing within the amusement or entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of amusement park operations and the ability to communicate the unique value proposition of Dig'n Zone Theme Park.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
