About us

Unique niche Medical Practice looking for a talented and competitive Patient Liaison, or someone who helps patients choose prescribed treatment plans, that thrives in a fast-paced environment. A Patient Liaison will play a fundamental role in making patients happy and building trust between the Physician and Patient. Must have great face to face skills and love the phone.

Responsibilities

  • Source opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails - No cold calls
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Discuss medically qualified treatment plans with patients
  • Explain our concierge practice model to new patients
  • Follow up with current patients and ensure their satisfaction
  • Maintain your database of patients
  • Work closely with physician and other medical staff to ensure high level of patient safety and satisfaction

Skills

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
