Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Marketing and Sales to join our team. As the VP of Marketing and Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness. This is a leadership role that requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, market trends, managing staff, find new sale opportunities, and the ability to drive results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives
• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing campaigns across various channels
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends
• Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals
• Drive brand awareness through effective advertising sales strategies and partnerships
• Manage product launches and develop go-to-market strategies for new products
• Utilize marketing automation tools to optimize campaign performance and lead generation
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred
• Proven experience as a Vice President of Marketing or similar role
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
• Proficient in HTML5, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and other relevant tools
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth through effective marketing strategies
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
