Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to oversee and be a liason between the client, lenders, attornys, and real estate agents. As a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling various aspects of real estate closings, including verification of forms, attention to deadlines, creating addendums, customer service and negotiations of homeinspections, CL100's and appraisals. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with all parties involved in the closing.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of real estate closings.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to real estate
- Monitor Deadlines
- Negotiate Home Inspection Repairs, CL-100's and Appraisals
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of real estate principles, practices, and regulations
- Proficiency in 10 key typing
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
