Here at Dulles Motorcars sales are booming and we need more salespeople to keep up with consumer demand! As a new and pre-owned automotive Sales Professional, your income potential is unlimited! Prior automotive sales experience is preferred. Great salespeople have come from different backgrounds: Restaurant industry, recent college graduates, retail sales, insurance sales, or rental car associates, to name a few. We will train the right candidates! Duties: Our Sales
Professionals are responsible for working with customers to identify their vehicle needs, finding the vehicle to meet their needs, and ensuring that each customer has an excellent dealership experience.

Sales Associate - Job Responsibilities:

• Meet dealership sales goals.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Greet customer and determine make, type, and quality of vehicle desired.
• Explain features and demonstrate operation of vehicle in showroom or on road.
• Suggest optional equipment for customer to purchase.
• Compute and quote sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
• Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales.
• Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle.
• Research availability of models and optional equipment.
• Engage in business development.
• Address customer concerns.

Sales Associate - Requirements:

• Professional appearance and strong communications skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proven track record.
• Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude.
• Team oriented.
• Submit to and successfully complete VA sales license test, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
