Full description of the position

Responsibilities:
- Provide sales support to the sales team by assisting with printing job drawings, tracking
orders, submitting warranty claims.
- Manage company bid calendar by adding all new jobs and contractors.
- Send out daily quotes via emails to contractors .
- Prepare job submittals for sales team for new orders.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and
follow-up.

-Prepare bid list for weekly sales meeting.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Experience:

- Experience with Excel and word preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and be well organized .

Pay: $18.50 - $20.50 per hour
