Who Is Industrial Repair Service?

Since 1991, it has been Industrial Repair Services mission to reduce downtime and cut maintenance cost for production lines nationwide. We're a growing 33-year-old industrial service company that is seeking a lead sales representative with heavy outbound cold calling and prospecting, with leads provided by Industrial Repair Service.

Base salary of $37,440 per year + commission + bonuses with earning potential as follows:

Year 2 earning potential - $45-$55k (equivalent to $26.45 per hour)

Year 5 - $70k+ (equivalent to $33.66 per hour)

Our top reps work 40 hrs. a week and make $90k+ (equivalent to $43.27 per hour)

Standard 8am-5pm hours, comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision & retirement and paid holidays & time off.

We are looking for a candidate who is interested in a long-term position with at least one year in a sales role and interested in a leadership position.
