Full description of the position

Great Escapes RV Resorts is a growing company specializing in acquisition, development, and management of RV Resorts throughout the United States. Our leaders serve a diverse sector of the RV resort / hospitality industry. We are seeking individuals who possess the skills and interest to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team.

As the Homeowners Association Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the association properties, which includes administrative, managerial, and operational services to a portfolio of Condominiums and/or Homeowner Association boards in managing the property and addressing owner needs.

Reports To: Vice President

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Prepare meeting notices and agendas for all Board of Directors, Membership, Committee, and any other meeting requiring notice.
  • Attend all meetings and assist in conducting these meetings.
  • Prepare and plan community events.
  • Prepares and presents budgets for effective property management. Tracks expenses and provides explanations for variances.
  • Maintain all records of meetings (minutes) and other records required by state or Condominium documents.
  • Performs site inspections on a regular basis, identifying maintenance, repair, and enhancement opportunities to optimize property value and appeal.
  • Ensure all licenses, permits, inspections, and other regulatory requirements are up to date.
  • Works with Condominium (condo) and/or Homeowner Association (HOA) boards to identify strategic operational priorities and creates a cohesive plan for execution.
  • Organizes annual meetings for Owners, including preparation of notices, agendas, and related documents.
  • Oversees and/or manages day-to-day property operations directly or, if applicable, through on-site staff.
  • Negotiates and oversees contracts executed on behalf of the Condominium and/or Homeowner Association.
  • Maintains solid relationships with assigned Boards and community to ensure continued and effective flow of information.
  • Guides and assists members of the Boards in the development of policies and procedures consistent with good professional practice and in understanding their roles and responsibilities as Board members.

  • Able to work with diverse personalities and skill-sets
  • Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing is required
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business information
  • Ability to organize and write reports and business correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and the public
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as statistical and budget information.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions when furnished in written, oral, or scheduled form.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Detail oriented

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
