Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Director has overall responsibility for the marketing activity within a business, creating best practices for a successful marketing department and utilizing insights to develop and implement marketing plans for all levels of the company. They manage teams and budgets, create and monitor campaigns, lead strategies, and build client relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000-$80,000 based on experience

Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm

Location: 2160 Satellite Boulevard Suite 200 Duluth, GA 30097

Basic requirements and qualifications

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

2 years of experience as a Marketing Director

A bachelors degree is a plus but not required

Effective communicator

Able to demonstrate proper grammar and proof-reading

Must have knowledge and experience with social media platforms

Must have knowledge in SEO and Google Campaigns

Responsibilities

Manage marketing department

Support attorneys in executing intended projects

Lead community engagement efforts

Review current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies

Analyze sales numbers in comparison to the marketing budget in order to find the profit margin and which campaigns were most effective

Research competitors to stay current with similar products or services

Work with both the sales and marketing departments to develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new clients and keep current clients

Provide our sales teams with leads

Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts clients to the Firm

Develop marketing strategies and propose marketing ideas

Plan and organize events, digital and traditional campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success

Build and maintain our Youtube channel, website, Facebook, Instgram and Tik Tok page

Suggest content to post online content on the companys website and social media accounts

Write marketing literature (newsletter, text, videos scripts) to augment the companys presence in the market

Generate and track marketing budget and reports

Conduct weekly marketing calls

Create networking opportunities daily

Provide prompt response to incoming messages in Facebook, Instagram, website or other digital channel
