```Duties:```

- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals and objectives

- Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals

- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns

- Manage relationships with key clients and ensure customer satisfaction

- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company's competitive edge

```Requirements:```

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retirement facility environment

- Strong knowledge of market research, sales, and marketing principles

- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Demonstrated ability to drive business development initiatives and achieve sales targets

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Customer service-oriented mindset
