Inside Sales Representative Swan & Florestone the Molded Products Division of American Bath Group

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our Molded Products team. The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving sales growth by supporting assigned Sales Director or Sales Channel to identify new business opportunities for the Swan & Florestone brands, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and providing exceptional customer service. This position will be based at our headquarters in Centralia, IL and will report to the Director of Inside Sales.

Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide product recommendations.

Sales Support: Provide sales support by assisting with quotes, samples, product information, order processing, troubleshooting, complaint resolution and other administrative tasks as needed.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Swan & Florestones product offerings, features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.

Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations via phone or virtual meetings to educate customers on our products and solutions.

Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives set by the Inside Sales Director.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.

CRM Management: Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track sales activities, manage customer accounts, and generate reports to monitor sales performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Proven inside sales experience in a similar role, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to learn about new products and technologies.
