As WoundCentrics' Business Development Representative, you would be expected to determine strengths and opportunities within the department and provide an analysis of current state which includes resolutions to strength.

Responsibilities

• Upholds all HIPAA policies and Company policies and procedures.
• Working with practice groups and sections to determine effective, detailed approaches to pursuing new business while driving the follow-up and implementation.
• Helping to develop new areas of focus that will capitalize on market, regulatory and industry changes so that wound care and hyperbaric service line is on the forefront of anticipating client needs.
• Analyzing, evaluating and tracking existing and potential business development initiatives across the wound care and hyperbaric service line; with input from Director of Business Development, recommend strategies and tactics to increase the initiatives' overall effectiveness.
• Serving as the business development liaison to assigned practice groups and sections; activating practice group and section marketing and helping to establish and carry out viable marketing plans.
• Analysis of projected goals identifying potential clients annually.
• Weekly analysis of referrals by specialty.

Skills & Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required (specializing in Business or Marketing or field equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development or Consultancy experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to drive targeted goals.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to manage heavy workload and meet deadlines.
• Ability to conduct research.
• Ability to organize and present material to individual and small groups.
• Proficient in G-Suite applications (i.e. Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Access).

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting.
• Exert 20-50 lbs. of force occasionally and 10-20 lbs. frequently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
