Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and close leads through direct-to-home (D2D) sales
• Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Work independently and collaboratively with the team
• Adapt to the challenges and rewards of a small, growing company

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience, particularly in D2D sales, is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
