We're seeking a Full-time Fitness Sales Specialist to drive our gym's growth! If you have the initiative to identify leads, the independence to strategize outreach, and the outgoing personality to connect with people anywhere, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

• Independent Lead Generation: Utilize your initiative to identify potential leads and build relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations.
• Strategic Sales Outreach:Develop and implement independent strategies to reach potential members through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
• Community Engagement:Be the face of our gym at local events, engaging with potential members and promoting our offerings.
• Partnership Building:Collaborate independently with local businesses for cross-promotions and partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Aggressive attitude toward pursuing leads and sales.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter who can balance working independently but team-oriented.
• Outgoing personality with a willingness to talk to people anywhere.
• Ability to work 20-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends (as needed/wanted).

Pay: From $15.00 per year
