Job Summary:
Sales Director Independent Living Senior Community
We are seeking a high performing Sales Director for Augustine Landing, a senior living community located in Jacksonville, FL. Candidate must be a dynamic, energetic sales professional, master of sales and marketing and a true self starter who is able to produce results in a highly competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Sales director duties will include hitting annual occupancy targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends.
• Must focus on sales and meet or exceed budgeted occupancy projections.
• Focus on lead generation, utilizing a lead management system, following up with prospective residents, or their families, and increasing or maintaining census.
• Develop and execute bi-annual strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Partner with customers to understand their needs and objectives.

Skills

• Proven sales executive experience, meeting, or exceeding targets
• Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director; minimum 5 years of relevant senior living experience.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Proven ability to position products against competitors
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Senior Living Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• Sales: 5 years (Required)

Pay: $62,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
