We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals. Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries
- Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Present product information and demonstrate the value of our offerings
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software

Experience:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Knowledge of technology sales is highly desirable
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively market and communicate product features and benefits
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience in business development is preferred

Pay: $34,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
