WellHome (Creve Coeur Location) is looking for an energetic, motivated, self-starter who loves to network, foster business relationships, and help people find the care they need. The primary focus of this position is developing and maintaining existing and new referral sources and planning and implementing various outreach activities and marketing events to advertise WellHomes in-home care, Veterans care, Private Pay, Nursing, Respite, Personal Care, and Home Chore services.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER - HOME CARE SALES - RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and maintain new clients and accounts to increase referrals and generate new business for Private Duty, Veterans, and Medicaid staffing
- Develop relationships and partnerships with healthcare facilities, practitioners, social workers, senior communities, and organizations that serve the elder community
- Seek, join, and actively participate in area trade shows, health fairs, networking events, chamber and community organizations
- Create marketing projects such as brochures, fliers, promotional items, and displays
- Organize and manage advertising campaigns, community activities, and marketing events
- Manage brand identity through social media, web presence and SEO, print media, and other channels
- Meet or exceed established sales goals
- Prepare activity reports and reconcile all marketing, sales, and related expense reports
- Assist with recovery from service failures to prevent loss of account/referral source
- Location Work in office and out in the field in St. Louis County, St. Louis City, St. Charles County, and near Jefferson County
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER - HOME CARE SALES - QUALIFICATIONS
- REQUIRED - 3 years of experience in customer services, sales, marketing, and public relations. At LEAST 2 years in Healthcare Sales/Marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and networking skills
- Ability to build and maintain business and community relationships
- Strong organizational skills to identify, develop and manage opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite and related software
- Impeccable documentation and paperwork.
- Experience in the home care or social work field is a plus.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation and agency required liability insurance.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER - HOME CARE SALES - COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $50,000+ depending on experience
- Generous uncapped commission based on performance
- PTO: 2 Weeks per year
- 1 Week paid sick leave
