JOB DESCRIPTION
AROL NA is seeking an inside sales resource with a proven track record building customer relationships influencing the sale of OEM parts, upgrades, and services.
Our Customer Service team is the face of our clients to our customers.
The INSIDE SALES PARTS COORDINATOR will be responsible to provide support to the AROL NA customer base through efforts in proactive customer relationship building, processing quotes, sales orders, and coordinating parts delivery. The position will require the interaction within the Arol organization to expedite customer needs and provide world class customer service to our customers.
Primary responsibilities/functions of the position include:
Proactively engage with current Arol customers to forge stronger relationships with the goal to build sales activities of AROL aftermarket products.
Secure confirmation on disposition of open quotes.
Open dialog with customers for competitive opportunities.
Manage customers emergency needs for critical situations regarding parts, quotes, shipping other emergency needs.
Communicate and build internal team relationships to best support customer requested needs.
Maintain targeted budgeted percent goals for sales
Willingness to travel for support of key accounts and enhance training opportunities.
Support company objectives: Continuous improvement, zero waste, accountability.
Other duties as assigned from your Manager.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Summary of Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience, which would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities, will be considered and could include:
Previous inside sales with proven track record of meeting performance goals.
A diversity of backgrounds and skills (i.e., experience in manufacturing operations, engineering, aftermarket support, or customer service).
An equivalent of a two-year college degree, or experience in a related field is preferred.
