```Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Identify and prospect new clients through various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device sales, or Nursing / PT background. Ideally working or calling on local Veterans Administration Hospitals and CBOE's.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other office software
- Experience in outside sales and account management
- Leadership skills to mentor and guide junior sales representatives
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
