At Gilded Leaf Medspa, we're seeking a passionate and results-driven Aesthetic Sales Consultant to join our team. As an integral part of our customer service and sales efforts, you'll play a crucial role in promoting and selling our range of advanced non-surgical cosmetic services, including hair removal and skin rejuvenation treatments. Responsibilities:

• Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments with prospective clients and conducting thorough consultations.
• Educate clients about our diverse treatment options and skincare products, demonstrating expert knowledge and professionalism.
• Close sales by establishing rapport, addressing concerns, and facilitating financing arrangements where necessary.
• Drive sales growth by introducing new services to existing clients and upselling additional products.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend enhancements to our service offerings based on client feedback.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk environment, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
• Assist with clinic upkeep tasks such as restocking inventory, light cleaning, and room turnover.
• Uphold brand standards and embody a welcoming "host" mentality by greeting clients warmly and offering refreshments.
• Adhere to company policies and protocols at all times, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Weekend availability is required.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
• Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic demeanor, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service.
