Position Summary

We are looking to add a new member to our sales and marketing team. We are a growing family-owned trailer dealership located in Eaton, Colorado. We specialize in horse, livestock, and equipment trailers. We have dealership territories for established brands such as Elite, Lakota, Big Bend and Titan trailers. We are looking for a motivated person to be involved in all aspects of the dealership and play a pivotal role in our future growth. Strong agricultural and livestock background will be important. This position will primarily focus on trailer sales at the dealership, as well as management of our internet marketing and social media content. Strong computer skills are necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

*All aspects of retail trailer sales at our dealership location in Eaton, CO.

*Management of our website and social media marketing program

*Customer financing

*Working with our service department to help customers with repair and warranty issues

*Sales and marketing at trade shows such as the National Western in Denver, Greeley Stampede, and others. May require overnight travel.

*Trailer delivery to customers. Mostly limited to the mountain states region.

*Strong computer skills

*Knowledge of social media platforms

*Ability to self-manage time and appointments

*Strong communication skills both written and oral

The ideal candidate will possess these skills and traits:

• 2 years of sales experience, preferably in an agricultural, livestock or equipment related industry. Trailer sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• General background and experience in the horse or livestock industry.
• Strong computer skills, experience with social media and website marketing.
• Able to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
• Work well in a small team environment.
• Ability to travel and work at a limited number of trade shows such as the Denver Stock, Greeley Stampede and others throughout the year.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
