Batteries plus in Owasso, Oklahoma is seeking a motivated part-time/full time Sales associate / device Repair Technician to provide outstanding customer service while solving technical issues and selling solutions. If you are looking to work in a company that values and respects its employees this is the job for you.

Our sales/technical associate will be responsible for Phone repair and technical duties including replacing screens, batteries and other components on smart phones, tablets as well as key cutting and reprogramming of key fob remotes. Training will be provided

Responsibilities:

• Be available to work on short notice.
• Handle customer queries and complaints.
• Display high levels of courtesy.
• Carry out supervisor's instructions.
• Be able to work inside retail store.
• Communicate with customers face-to-face.
• Follow company retail policies.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of technical skills and the ability to work small parts and tools for phone repair and device repair, preferred
• Customer service and sales oriented
• Highly motivated
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

• Owasso, OK 74055: Relocate before starting work (Required)
