Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As a Standard Insurance team member, you will office in a dynamic and exciting enviroment which supports personal and professional growth. Your responsibilites will include selling preoperty and casualty insurance policies, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Sell insurance policies to potential clients based on their individual needs
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on insurance products and services
• Analyze clients' current insurance policies and coverage
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals

Requirements

• Goal oriented, self-motivated and excited to take initiative and ready to learn
• Ability to multitask, cross sell and accurately quote insurance rates
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Diploma required
• Strong communication skills and customer focused
• Organized and detailed
