Job Summary:

DP Doors & Millwork is searching for a full-time Inside Sales Representative. This position will work with our Outside Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities will include processing quotes and orders in DP Doors order entry system. Additional responsibilities will include.

• Qualifying and organizing leads for the sales team
• Assisting customers with various questions regarding orders
• Utilizing vendor price sheets and online pricing tools
• Support customers with any post-sale service needs
• Work with factory and purchasing to ensure orders are processed properly
• Aiding the sales team with plan take-offs as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales / Customer Service positions
• Experience in the building industry preferred
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Basic math and computer skills required
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Customer service driven
• Attentive to detail and strong ability to multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
