POSITION: Account Manager (Renewals)

SUMMARY:
The Account Manager will work directly with existing Good Funding customers providing real-time support to enhance the customer experience and facilitate additional funding necessary to achieve customer and business goals. Perform regular outbound calls to all accounts in personal book of business to maintain good will and support.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Begin to develop relationship with newly funded customers by establishing rapport and confidence in our long-term relationship.
- Continue to deepen relationships with previously funded customers in an effort to generate additional loan business through ongoing open communication and support.
- Actively manage upcoming accounts for renewal on an ongoing basis establishing connection with the customer, walking them through product options for additional working capital solutions to best suit their business needs, follow deal cycle from start to finish focusing on the highest quality of customer service.
- Coordinate with Operations to facilitate new contracts, approvals or payoffs based on individual deal needs.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales role with demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
- Professional business acumen with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent relationship building skills must be influential, persuasive, persistent and tenacious.
- Ability to handle complex tasks and stay organized.
- Thrive working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Salesforce a plus.
