Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Duties: - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs - Present and demonstrate our products or services to prospective clients - Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to close sales - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in Salesforce or other CRM software - Continuously analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business development Experience: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or related field - Strong ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients - Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Pay: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
