We are a Real Estate Investment Trust company that develops and operates commercial, farm and residential real estate across the country. We are located in Tampa, FL near Westshore.

We are looking for an upbeat, motivated professional who wants to control their own income. This position involves following up on warm leads, taking incoming calls from people who have already shown interest in our products and have solicited interest in our services.

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced environment. We have an extremely high call volume, therefore, it is important to provide excellent customer service and to maximize your time on the phone before moving on to the next caller.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and return phone calls, follow up with customers.
• Gather data and establish a trusted advisor relationship in order to determine the prospect's needs and recommend the best program for their investment goals.
• Consult customer by explaining our product details and program packages.
• Friendly phone etiquette, strong customer skills, client nurturing skills.
• Follow the suggested script to read to customers.
• Know how to cross sell and up sell products and programs

Skills/Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Sales Experience required
• Series 7 license required
• Self-motivated and money motivated
• Must have a positive and winning attitude
• Must be able to hit weekly quota
• Enjoy a collaborative team environment with ongoing support and top-notch training
• Excellent phone manners and articulation
• Familiar with InfusionSoft database (KEAP) and Fix your Funnel is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
