GLO Resources is currently seeking an experienced Outside Fabrication Sales Representative to work locally within Gonzales, La.

Schedule: Monday Friday

The rate of pay depends on experience $90,000-$120,000 annual base salary with yearly bonus potential, based on the profit of the branch.

Job Overview/Responsibilities:

• Meeting with customers in person to identify their needs and close sales deals
• Traveling to local territories to meet with potential and current customers
• Negotiating sales contracts and telling clients about new products, updates, and features
• Generating leads and using them to sell the companys products
• Using business directories, attending trade shows, and finding other methods to identify potential customers

Qualification:

• 5+ years of Outside Sales experience selling to PVF to fabricators and/or plants within the region
• Familiar with pipe valves, fittings, flanges, etc.
• Comfortable selling within the areas of Southeast Louisiana (Baton Rouge Parish, Ascension, and East towards New Orleans, Houma, etc.)
• Selling within these local territories is highly beneficial for this position
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• The ideal candidate will be driven and have a go-getter attitude
• The ability to foster relationships with coworkers and customers is an advantage
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; must be able to effectively use Excel, Word, and Outlook for daily responsibilities and tasks
