Commercial Works is looking to add an Experienced Commercial Sales Representative to their growing team in Indianapolis, IN. Since 1973 Commercial Works has evolved into an integrated business service provider offering relocation services, project management, asset storage, logistics, space planning and design services through Commercial Workplace Interiors.

Competitive Salary + Commission: $50,000-$200,000/YR Based on Experience

Responsibilities:

• Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, using individual creative sources, professional networking groups, call-ins, newspapers, business directories,industry ads, trade shows, and internet websites.
• Capitalize on any existing relationships that you may have with customers in our markets that would quickly provide service revenue opportunities.
• Cold calling as a form of prospecting is a mandatory job requirement.
• Travel to calls on regular and prospective customers to solicit business face to face.
• Follow up with customers on the phone and in person to assure total customer satisfaction.
• Calculate cost for relocation services and provide professional proposals in compliance with company standards.
• Weekly generation of invoices for all completed work.
• Maintain current accounts by building relationships with customers and identifying their future needs.
• Spend time on site with key accounts as we perform our services to assure total customer satisfaction and to build solid personal relationships with the customer contact.
• Prepare reports of business transactions and keep accurate expense accounts.
• Communicate in a professional and timely manner with all customers as well as our internal associates and staff.
• Address all customer needs with a high sense of urgency. Effort drives our success.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years Commercial Sales/Cold Calling experience Required
• Ability to identify potential customers, generate leads, and build a network of contacts within the industry can be a significant advantage
• Experience with Relocation/Logistics Preferred
• Experience with Construction/Furniture a plus
• Excellent communication, customer service skills are a must.
• Ability to Self-Motivate, Manage Time and Solve Problems
• Valid Drivers License Clear MVR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
