Role: Residential Sales Associate

Reporting To: Residential Sales Manager

About CertaPro Painters: CertaPro Painters is a paint company that specializes in Residential and Commercial repaints. We are located in Lawrenceville, GA, where we serve Lawrenceville, Dacula, Winder, and the surrounding communities. We are a growing company that continues to set the bar for our industry. We have a strong passion for excellent customer service. As we continue to grow we realize that passion alone does not create continual improvement. We are seeking a person to fill the position of Residential Sales Associate to ensure that we are growing and improving our customer service through every role in the company.

Reason for this Role: This is a front-line, in home sales position with our company. Your responsibility is to build relationships with our customers, as well as the staff. You need to be able to estimate projects and assess what is needed for a quality paint job. The idea is to partner with the customer and provide solutions to their painting needs and problems. You will be building a proposal that will deliver what you promise to both the customer and the paint crews needed to produce the job.

Residential Sales Associate Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Focus on Quality

You will need to be able perform accurate take offs and estimates

You need to work well with others

You need to be engaging with customer, spot their problems and partner with them to provide solutions to the problems

You will build a detailed proposal that gives our production team the tools they need to deliver what was promised to the customer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
