Our company is looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team and lead our sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of success in sales and customer service. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring that all sales goals are met for our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and work independently. OEM and contract manufacturing sales experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales/customer service professionals.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
• Monitor sales performance against goals and take corrective action when necessary.
• Create and manage budgets for sales initiatives.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance to upper management.
