Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has a passion for sales and customer service.

Duties:
- Identify and analyze potential markets and target customers
- Conduct research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Present product information, demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Hardscape, deck, sunroom, covered porches, paver patio, Screen porch, retaining wall sales
- Strong analytical skills to identify market opportunities and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
