Kraig Ford is seeking an outgoing professional Sales Consultant with strong communication skills to engage with customers in a fun and energetic atmosphere. We will provide on-site training for hardworking individuals. New employees are provided with the product knowledge regarding vehicles to help determine how we are best able to meet each customers needs. New employee will be given a training salary. Once trained, compensation will be determined by results.

Duties:

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships
• Maintain sales and leads workflow in company CRM software
• Represent good sales processes to potential customers
• Follow up with incoming sales leads and post-sale customer communications
• Offer the best in customer service to our customers
• Create needs analysis to ensure customer buying satisfaction
• Work closely with all dealership departments and department managers
• Stay ahead of industry best practices and trends

Qualifications:

• Must have valid drivers license
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management & organizational skills
• Ability to learn dealership specific software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs & Windows OS

Required Education:

• High School or equivalent

Computer Skills:

Windows PC operating system, Microsoft Office and dealer specific CRM and inventory software

Communication Skills:

Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with all dealership departments and company management. Effective customer communication and relationship building.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
