THE ROLE What youll be doing

• Travel to and from your residence to assigned neighborhoods.
• Diligently work to generate qualified sales leads while engaging in door-to-door campaigning in assigned territory.
• Work independently, always representing Kaizen with the utmost degree of professionalism.
• Understand our products and services to educate our potential customers.
• Report to our office for training at least once a month.
• Flexible schedule, part-time and full-time hours available
• 4 weekday shifts, 1-2 weekend shifts available.
• This is a 1099 position.

THE PERSON What youll bring

THE PAY:

• We offer an exciting commission structure designed to reward your exceptional sales performance. This commission structure is designed to motivate and incentivize your sales efforts, ensuring that you are rewarded for your hard work and dedication.
• There is no base/hourly pay, this role is 100% commission.
• Confirmed Demos are paid at a range of $125$200 based off experience. There is no selling involved, only lead setting.
• + $100 for every demo sold by sales rep that you set lead for. Average sales reps close is 30%-40%.
• 10-18 leads per week at $200 per lead. $2,000 to $3,600 potential commission per week for setting demos.
• No selling for us, we are a lead generation only position.
