Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative will sell products and services offered by the company to current and new clientele. As a key customer contact, the Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for providing sales solutions to customers through quoting, selling and processing orders for Five Enterprise, LLC.
Duties/Responsibilities:

• Establish new business through inside sales calls

• Generate sales leads for outside sales representatives

• Answer inbound sales calls and make outbound sales calls

• Perform traditional inside sales calls as dictated by the sales process

• Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales

• Prepare sales orders for customers

• Ensures proper product pricing

• Ensures all customer sales orders are submitted to accounting as sales process dictates

• Make inside sales calls daily to current and prospective customers to procure sales

• Communicate account and sales information to management and sales team

• Provide documentation and sales order details to accounting as required

• Attend meetings, luncheons, and conferences as directed by supervisor

• Receive feedback on performance

Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Strong knowledge of PVF products and materials

Ability to understand and comply with policies, procedures and expectations

Strong analytical, math, and problem-solving skills

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrated competence in the use of computers

Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business, strongly preferred, or

At least five years of related experience required, or

Associates Degree in Business or related field and 2 years of PVF sales experience

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Must be able to lift 25 pounds
