The Position:

This is a 6-month career path into direct sales or Marketing Managment. Start out as (entry-level) no experience necessary, set appointments by speaking to homeowners for a no cost quote for Solar energy. You will be Eligible for promotion within 2 months from hire date to our senior rep role, in 4 months you are eligible for promotin into our team lead position, once you hit your 6 month period you are eligible to be trained into managment or direct sales. PAY STRUCTURE :

Hourly + Base Pay + Uncapped Commission +Bonuses

Entry-Level - $40,000-$50,000

Sr Rep - $55,000-$65,000

Team Lead - $70,000-$80,000

Asst. Manager - $85,000-$100,000

Manager- $90,000-$120,000

Sales Rep $150,000-$250,000
